He didn't like it when she had nightmares. Before, Zander had gotten the impression that the two Shadows were enemies, maybe... Or at least not close. But maybe they were friends, of some sort. 'Are you two... close?' He asked Malachi Idly, taking in the Forest atmosphere as they crossed through it to get back to the school.

"If you asked her, she'd say that she hated me beyond any mortal comprehension and that I was out to ruin her life," Malachi chuckeled lightly. "Let's leave it at that, shall we?"

'Ahh.' he voiced, and left it at that. So She hated him, Or at least said she did, but he still Worried about her? Zander couldn't think of anyone he'd still care about if they had hated him. He was the sort of person to care only about those who cared for him. Feelings were mutual or nonexsistent, For Zander. At least, that's how he thought of them.
For the first time, he noticed how long Malachi Had been in his presence. About... Fifteen minites, to half an hour. Most people were shifting uncomfortably by now, Eyes filled with fear. But Malachi... he apparently knew nothing of the emotion. Something that contented Zander; That he could be in someone's company without feeling guilty of making them Afraid.

"Of course, I deserve her scorn. I have tried to ruin her life on the occasion..." Malachi wa actually quite proud of his exploits, just like he was proud of Cristina herself.

'Any of these 'occasions' as entertaining as your last retelling of your past?' Zander asked, a shadow of a smile appearing on his Pale Features. Looking up to the Crescant moon hanging high in the indigo Sky, He let out a yawn- He didn't know he was that tired.

"Not quite so much," he said, smiling. "One boy started hanging around her, this was before she knew that I was... forgive my pun, shadowing her. The boy had affections for her, so I drowned him in a lake in front of her. Not in my form you see now, but more like a giant black cloud thing... Very sloppy. Not proud of that at all, really. There are so many more creative ways to kill. But we were kind of over a lake...
"Well, the second boy got very close to her. I didn't want to make the same sloppy mistakes I made last time, so I used a humaniod form. They both fought me, but I couldn't bring myself to fight against her, really. I managed to blind the boy before Cristina "Defeated" me." He looked at the boy over his sholder. "That's the short version. The long version involves alot of mental torture. And more blood."

'Drowned'em in a lake?' He reapeated. 'Seems fine, but there are more creative ways to kill...' he agreed. Like... Cutting of their feet and making them search for them in a corn feild... or Making them play Tic-Tack-Toe on their Own Body with Knives... Both very creative murder ideas, And Both... extremely humourous. Espesially the first one. Well, to a twisted kid Like Zander... ((and me))
He let Malachi explain the second instance, listening to the 'short' version. 'Ah, Well. I'm not excatly Uncomfortable about talking about blood; I Drink the Stuff.' he couldn't help But notice that both boys were close to Tribe. Was this the reason why Malachi had decided to finish them off? he kept his thoughts to himself, but they still ran through his head.

(((Omg, you made me laugh so hard i scared the cat.)))
"Oh, it's a long story, and a boring story, and for me, a humiliating story. I was subdued by a small child, if only because i refused, more or less, to fight. Life is a strange thing.."

((haha, I thought of them myself. Which is... sorta creepy. but I thought they were funny. But pretty much everybody else I told was compeltely disgusted and thought I was insane...))
Zander nodded in agreement, then decided to actually answer. 'Well, If it's Boring, You can Spare me the details. Even though I Suppose what's boring to you is entertaining for me,' He thought aloud, referencing to the Beginning of their Conversation.
((ugh... my mum's going crazy. gotta go for about a half hour.))

"When you begin to bore me that much, I'll leave. As simple as that. Right now it suits my whims to talk to you." His words were simple, but elegantly strange in a way. "Besides, it's not often I can talk freely without someone trying to kill me, or run off screaming, or get sick." He admitted freely. "Take Jade, for instance. Our Princess. She happens to dispise me. Openly. The only thing holding her back from trying to rip out my immaterial throught is our Queen, Jasmine."

'Well, Rest assured that I feel no need to Kill you, run off Screaming, or get sick.' he answered with a hallow laugh and a thin smile; more of an upward twitch of the tips of his lips. So, All he was doing was... suiting his whims? hm. He Let out another yawn, A longer this time, covering his open mouth upon instinct.

"Why are you here?" Malachi asked suddenly, stopping to look the boy dead in the eye.

"No. Why are you here at all? Why are you at the Twilight Acadmy? What made you want to come here?" Malachi verified. "...You'd be much better suted elsewhere."

Zander shifted Uncomfortably. 'Oh,' He muttered before replying hesitantly. 'It's a long story, really.' He began, avoiding Malachi's Gaze. It was sort of hard to tell people that his mother had abandoned him here... but it was much more complicated than that. 'My mum dropped me off here. My...' He decided to start at the beginning. 'I got bit by a Vampire when I was Seven. She didn't want me going anywhere, So she...kinda locked me in our basement and told everybody that I had Died. When I was infected, I didn't know it, and It slowly started killing her. Well, not killing her, but, you know, Making her scared and stuff, and making her sick, Mentally. By the time she had Realized that it was me that was causing it, She was completely Affected by it; unstable, you know. So She shipped me off to The Academy. And that's why I'm here. I've got no where else to go, and that's why I'm still here.'
